1. Fill Out the Application Form: Complete the application form with your details. Ensure you provide accurate information to avoid any delays in the approval process.

3. Approval: Upon approval, you'll receive a confirmation email with your unique affiliate link and PartnerStack account. This is essential for tracking your referrals and commissions.

Additionally, as an affiliate, you’ll need to comply with Roofr’s brand guidelines to ensure you correctly use branded assets and represent the Roofr brand exceptionally well. You should also inform Roofr how you plan to refer contractors, whether through review content, promotional content, online and in-person courses, or engaging with your existing audience.

An approval confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided upon application submission. If you don’t see it in your inbox within 2-3 business days, please check your spam/junk folder.

Referrals are tracked using your unique affiliate link. When a potential customer clicks on your link and signs up for a paid subscription plan, our system automatically records the referral under your account. This ensures that all your referrals are accurately tracked and credited to you, allowing you to earn commissions based on the customer's subscription activity.

1. Initial Commission: You earn an initial commission of $50 when a customer makes their first subscription payment. 
2. Retention Commission: After three consecutive months of an active customer subscription, you earn a retention commission based on the plan type:

   • Pro plan: $75
   • Premium plan: $150
   • Elite Plan: $300

3. If a customer switches plans during the three-month active subscription period, the referral commission is based on the plan type during the third month.

You will receive your commission payout in your bank account via the payment method you specified, after your application is approved.

Deposits are made via your specified payment method.

The Initial Commission shall be paid by the 13^th day of the second month following the date the initial subscription payment is made.

The Retention Commission shall be paid by the 13^th day of the second month following the date the third consecutive month’s subscription payment is made.

You can find your unique affiliate link in your PartnerStack account. Once you log in, navigate to the "Links" section in the left-hand menu, where your personalized link will be displayed. This link is crucial for tracking your referrals and earning commissions, so be sure to use it in all your promotional activities.

A successful referral qualifies when the referred customer meets the following conditions:

1. New subscribed customer: Commissions can only be earned for new first-time subscribed customers. Commissions cannot be earned for current or previously subscribed customers.
2. Initial subscription payment: Customer must make their first subscription payment to earn an initial commission of $50.
3. Active subscription for three consecutive months: Customer’s subscription must remain active for three consecutive months, to qualify for the retention commission.

Note: A refund for the first month of the subscription period will void the initial commission and retention commission. A refund for the second or third month of the subscription period will void the retention commission.
