Guaranteed Delivery

Roofr is proud to offer guaranteed delivery times for our roof measurement reports, as part of our commitment to the growth and success of your business. There are a few things about guaranteed delivery times that are important to understand:
  1. Guaranteed delivery means that if the delivery time for a report is not met, you will receive a credit which will cover the base cost ($10) of your next report.  If you paid extra for guaranteed delivery, that amount will be refunded.
  2. Guaranteed delivery is offered only for 3, 6, and 12-hour turnaround times.  Delivery time for our 24-hour reports is not guaranteed.

Additionally:

  1. The delivery guarantee does not apply to orders placed after 10pm EST or before 7am EST, orders placed on weekends, or orders placed on holidays.  In all of these cases the delivery time will be met on a best-effort basis.
  2. The delivery guarantee does not apply to orders which require additional information or confirmation in order to complete, e.g., if the roof boundary is not clear or if the pin has been dropped does not match the address provided.  In these cases our team will reach out to you for more information and aim to complete the report as quickly as possible once you have responded.
  3. Especially complex roofs (roofs with more than 20 facets) are not eligible for guaranteed delivery, and will be delivered on a best-effort basis.
  4. Multi-family orders are not eligible for guaranteed delivery times.
