We believe your data belongs to you. If you decide to cancel we'll help export your data no questions asked. We get that things happen, and if you need to cancel your Roofr account but want to return in the future, we'll keep your account data so you can easily reactive without starting from scratch.
Yes, the Instant Estimator is available as an add-on and can be added to any plan, even the no-monthly cost Starter plan.
Measurement Reports are always pay-as-you-go, no matter which plan you're on. That means you only ever pay for what you need, when you need it. The difference is when you sign up for a paid subscription plan you get access to upgraded Measurement Report features like faster delivery times, and a discounted per-report price.
Higher plans unlock more advanced measurement features, such as faster turnaround times, additional calculations, and enhanced file options. All plans support accurate, reliable measurements — the difference is in speed and depth.
At this time, we don’t offer bulk measurement packages. Measurement reports are priced per report, so you only pay for what you use and can order reports as needed.
No, Roofr is designed to work as a seamless workflow with all our tools working together. Measurement reports are generated within Roofr to ensure accuracy, consistency, and full compatibility with the rest of the platform.
Roofr is the only roofing software that have a no-monthly cost option. The Starter plan is a way to explore Roofr and see how it fits your workflow before committing to a paid plan. There's no time limit, and no pressure.
Roofr does not charge per seat. All plans include a set number of users so your whole team gets access without paying for individual users. This helps keep pricing predictable as your team grows without having to worry about costs adding up.
No. There are no setup or onboarding fees to get started. In fact, we encourage you to work closely with our team to configure your account and take advantage of their product expertise to learn the ins and outs of Roofr. Think of us more like an extension of your own team.
Monthly plans offer flexibility and let you pay as you go, while annual plans provide a lower overall cost when you commit for the year (about 15%). If you’re confident in your workflows and plan to use Roofr long term, annual billing can be a more cost-effective option. Monthly billing is a good choice if you want to start smaller or keep things flexible.
Roofr accepts credit card payments. We do not offer invoicing in an effort keep billing simple, secure, and automatic — no paperwork or manual payments required.

There isn't one. We’re transparent about pricing so you always know what you’re paying for before you use it. Our base subscriptions and optional add-ons are flat-rate, and our measurement reports are priced per-report. Roofr’s tools are designed to work together within the Roofr platform, so we don’t embed or integrate our tools into external CRMs or systems. By keeping everything connected in one place, we’re able to provide a more consistent and reliable workflow experience.
