Canceling a Paid Roofr Subscription Plan

A step-by-step guide to canceling a subscription plan in Roofr.

Notes:

  • Only the account owner has the necessary permissions to modify subscription settings.
  • By cancelling your subscription, you will lose access to your current plan. If you decide to sign up for a subscription again in the future, you will be subject to the features and pricing of the plans available at that time.

Cancelation Guide:

Step 1: In your Roofr account choose "Settings" in the left-hand navigation bar, and then select "Subscriptions".


Step 2: Under your current plan at the top click "Manage plan"


Step 3: You will be given the option to change or cancel your plan. Choose "Cancel subscription" and continue to the confirmation page.


Step 4: Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.


Step 5: Once submitted, you will see a “X” confirmation and your subscription plan is successfully cancelled. Your plan settings will show Cancelling on with the date your billing period ends.

After canceling your subscription:

  • You will have access to your plan features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • We'll never hold your data hostage. If you wish to export your detailed customer records speak to your Account Manager.

💡Reminder: After cancelling your subscription plan you can still order measurement reports in Roofr. Your account will be given "Pay-as-you-go" (PAYG) status and using your same login details you can continue to order hassle-free measurement reports at the PAYG rate of $18 USD.
