Measuring More than 255 Million Roofs Before December 24th
Challenge
Santa is known to enjoy a cookie or two now and then. This past year, however, Mrs. Claus discovered a new Christmas Cookie recipe and, man, did he love those cookies. While they DID help his belly jiggle like a bowl full of jelly, they also made him need a bigger sleigh.
With his elves crafting a new one for him, his next concern was how he would land on the roofs of homes in North America! For longer than a century, he's used the same sleigh. He knew exactly how much space each roof had, and the best way to approach the pitch of each home. With this new sleigh, he needed fresh measurements to get his reindeer prepared for the best way to land.
Santa has a lot of Christmas magic, but getting measurements for that many homes? He needed help.
I started looking for tools that could help us, and no one really seemed willing to work with me. A few said it was too much of a lift or quoted us at hundreds of thousands of dollars! I pay the elves with candy, and they weren't willing to accept that.
Solution
That's where Roofr came in!
Roofr was happy to partner with Santa to provide him with unlimited Roofr Measurements. With the ability to have unlimited seats in his one Roofr account, all the elves could hop in and help collect measurements, too! They could each download and view the reports without needing to borrow Santa's log in.
The easy-to-read reports helped them prep Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen, and Rudolph for their landing plan.
Roofr was the only CRM tool that really wanted to work with us. They truly have the Christmas spirit!
OUTCOMES
Santa is now confident in his flight plan, despite the extra pounds and extra large sleigh he'll be sporting this year. The reindeer are confident in how to approach each home based on the size of the sleigh, the pitch of the roof, and how many roofing squares each roof has.
They've also been able to come up with backup landing zones in the case of snow, ice, or fog.
