Updating your Material Order Status

You can update your material order statuses so that everyone on your team are aware of the progress. We have 5 statuses in total:

  1. Draft
  2. Sent
  3. Confirmed
  4. Delivered
  5. Rejected

Note: Your status automatically updates from “Draft” to “Sent” when you send a material order via the roofr app.

Step 1:  Click on the dropdown beside any “Sent” status. Once your material order is in the “Sent” stage, you can mark them as either “Confirmed”, “Rejected” or “Delivered”

Step 2:  If your material order is in the “Confirmed status”, it can only be marked as “Delivered”

Note: No changes can be made to the status manually if it’s in the “Draft”, “Rejected” or “Delivered” status
