When you email a proposal to a customer, you will now be notified as soon as they open it for the first time. You’ll get an email saying someone has viewed the link, so that you can follow-up faster.

Knowing when a customer has opened your proposals helps you stay proactive in your sales cycle...but you can also see how many times a customer has viewed your proposal in the list view.

Add your Contractor License Number in your settings and it will automatically be added to the cover of your proposals moving forward. That’s one less task for you to worry about.
