FAQs:

Can my team members upload or delete documents into my File Manager?

• Only Team Admin and Managers will be able to add or delete files from the File Manager. Similar to templates, members of your team will be able to view and use the files uploaded, but not change them.

Can I edit documents I’ve uploaded to File Manager within Roofr?

• At the moment, you can store and use documents uploaded in the File Manager, however you can’t edit them within Roofr. This is a feature that will be coming in early 2025, so stay tuned! 🤩

Is there a maximum amount of documents I can upload?

• On Pro subscriptions, you’ll be able to upload 2 documents to your File Manager, on Premium you can upload 10, and on Elite you can store up to 50.

Can I add File Manager documents to my customer communications?

• Not yet, but will be a feature coming soon!

Why can’t my team member see the document I uploaded to the job card?

• If you uploaded a document or image to a job card, only the team member who is assigned to that job will be able to see the job details, including the attachments. If you’d like to upload a document that can be accessed by the entire team, upload it to your File Manager.
