How to Set Up Your Default Proposal Supplier Integration Settings 🎉
Want to streamline your proposals and automatically pull in your integrated pricing from your go-to branch? Follow these easy steps to set up your default proposal supplier settings like a pro.
Step 1: Head to the Proposals Tab
- Look over to the left-hand menu.
- Click on Proposals tab.
- At the top of the Proposals page, you'll see three tabs: Proposals, Templates, and Settings.
Step 2: Go into Settings
- Select the Settings tab.
- Spot the option to enable your preferred supplier for future proposals.
Step 3: Pick Your Preferred Supplier
- If you don’t already have a supplier selected, no worries—you’ll see a link to take you to your supplier details and select which supplier you’d like to set as your preferred pricing.
- Click the link to choose your preferred supplier.
- Browse the list and star your favorite supplier—yes, it’s as simple as marking a favorite! 🌟
- Click on the three dots in the corner next to your preferred supplier and select “Edit”.
- Star which branch you’d like to save as your preferred branch.
- Click save.
Step 4: Enable and Save Your Preferences
- Now, return to the Proposals Settings page.
- Flip the switch to enable your preferred supplier setting (like flipping on the power to automation).
- And that’s it! Your preferred supplier pricing will now be automatically used in any proposal created from a template featuring their pricing.
What Happens Next?
Whenever you create a proposal using templates with pricing from your preferred supplier, that pricing will automatically be used to calculate a quote.
