Learn how to hide or show line item totals, quantities, and unit pricing on a proposal before sending it to your customer.
What it does: Allows you to hide line item totals, quantities, and unit pricing when creating a proposal.
Purpose: Allows you to control which line item information is displayed in your completed/sent proposal.
Prerequisites:* None, but a proposal template is recommended
Available On: Pro, Premium & Elite Plans
Step One: First log onto your Roofr dashboard and click the “Proposals” button on the left side navigation.
Step Two: Now, if you’d like to edit line items on an existing proposal then search and select it. If you’d like to manage line items on a new proposal click the “New Proposal” button.
Step Three: Once you are in the proposal edit and have line items listed, click “Settings” on the top right of your line items (above the “Measurement Report” button).
Step Four: In order to hide totals, quantities, or line item unit pricing click on the slider button. If the slider is grey, it means it hide these items, if it is blue it will be shown on the final proposal.
Important Note: If you have hidden line items in this proposal showing line item totals/quantities/pricing may result in prices not adding up correctly when presenting the proposal to your customer.
