Hannah may have joined her husband, Jordan, at Smithrock Roofing after he started the company, but it didn’t take her long to shift the business to the next level.

From the moment that Jordan first thought about starting his own business, Hannah was right there. Balancing dreams with practicality, Hannah played a crucial role in supporting and pushing her husband to start the company. Although she initially worked behind the scenes, she joined full-time about a year and a half ago to bring a fresh perspective and help the business prosper.

Since then, Hannah has led the team with software use, streamlining processes, standardizing their proposals, and giving them the foundation to grow and scale. They have been strategic in how much and when they grow, and are excited to be reaching that next milestone after 2024.

Community involvement remains a core value for Smith Rock Roofing. They recently launched "Shingle for Sneakers," a charitable initiative donating a pair of shoes for every roof they complete. This venture underscores their commitment to giving back and building trust within their community.

Hannah personifies everything that is good in roofing. She is dedicated to her team, committed to her community, and driven to build a lasting legacy that treats customers kindly. It’s an honor to celebrate Hannah as our October Roofr of the Month for 2024.
