Roofr Birthday Bash Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Roofr Birthday Bash Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Roofr, Inc., 2108 North Street #10777, Sacramento, CA 95816, USA ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Entrants must be professional roofing contractors, industry professionals, or active members of the roofing industry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Roofr, Inc., their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to enter or win.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet these criteria.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2026 ("Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device. All entries must be received by the close of the Giveaway Period.

4. How to Enter

Standard Entry: Complete the entry form on the official Giveaway landing page. One (1) form submission grants access to all ten (10) prize draws.

Bonus Entries: Every Roofr Measurement Report ordered during the Giveaway Period earns one (1) additional entry per report. Entries accumulate throughout the month.

Entry limits:

One (1) form submission entry per person.
Bonus entries are unlimited and tied to Measurement Reports ordered under the entrant's registered Roofr account during the Giveaway Period.

Automated entries or entries submitted through third parties, sweepstakes clubs, or similar methods will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

Ten (10) prizes will be awarded during the Giveaway Period. Prize items include but are not limited to:

Roofr swag
Yeti Cooler
Milwaukee Packout system
Custom nail guns
CatchAll system

Prize items and approximate retail values will be confirmed prior to each draw. Prize components may vary based on availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses related to acceptance and use of their Prize.

6. Winner Selection & Draw Schedule

One (1) winner will be randomly selected each Monday of the Giveaway Period from all eligible entries received to that point. Six (6) additional winners will be randomly selected on July 31, 2026, for a total of ten (10) winners. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received at the time of each draw.

7. Winner Notification & Requirements

Each potential winner will be notified via email within seven (7) business days of their draw date. Winners must respond within seven (7) business days and may be required to complete, sign, and return:

An Affidavit of Eligibility
Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law)
Applicable tax forms

Failure to comply will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting a Prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, city/state of residence, likeness, and Prize details for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Data Collection & Marketing Consent

By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Sponsor for administering the Giveaway and fulfilling Prizes, per Sponsor's Privacy Policy: https://roofr.com/privacy. Entrants consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor and may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, provides false or misleading information, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

11. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Roofr, Inc., its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any claims or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of any Prize.

12. Force Majeure

Sponsor shall not be liable if the Giveaway is disrupted or canceled due to acts of God, government action, natural disaster, pandemic, war, terrorism, or any other cause beyond their control.

13. Disputes

Disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The laws of Sponsor's jurisdiction apply in all cases.

14. Compliance with Laws

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
