Roofr Sites is $99/month for hosting and ongoing managed updates to keep your site fresh and effective.

Instant Estimator is not included by default. It can be added separately, depending on your needs and your workflow. That way, you have full control over which tools you’re paying for. As we learn from the pilot and expand what Sites can do, pricing for future customers may change.

You always own your domain. It stays in your name and under your control. We’ll help you point it to your Roofr site, but the registration stays with you.

Roofr hosts and manages the site as part of your subscription. The software and templates that power the site remain ours, but your brand, photos, and wording are, of course, yours. 

You can cancel anytime. If you do cancel, you can point your domain elsewhere. We’ll just stop updating and maintaining the website once your subscription ends.
