  • Is the quote generated by the online estimator tool final?

    No, our online estimation tool provides you with a rough estimate as to how much your roof will cost to replace. Once you have requested an “Onsite Analysis”, we send out an installer to inspect the roof, address any of your concerns and help you choose the right roofing system. You will then receive a final, detailed quote from us via email.

  • Do Roofr's installers have WSIB coverage and liability insurance?

    All of our installers have WSIB coverage and liability insurance. Roofr carries full liability insurance as well.

  • Does Roofr do the installation?

    No, Roofr does not complete any of the installation. Our objective is to provide you with the most qualified installers in your area to complete the work at a fair price. An installer must pass through rigorous screening to be eligible to serve homeowners on our platform.

  • Who do I pay?

    Once the work is complete and you’re happy, you pay the installers. Our service is free to use for homeowners; the installers pay Roofr to be a part of our team.

  • How do I pay?

    Our installers accept Cheque, money orders, or cash.

  • When do I receive my warranty receipt?

    Once the job is complete to your satisfaction and full payment is made, Roofr will provide you with all your warranty documentation.
