Add Material & Calculations To Your Roof Measurement Report

‍What it does: An additional page added to a measurement report that includes the sqft and inches of the materials needed for that roof. 

Purpose: Saves you time by automatically calculating the required materials for you.

• Calculates all the materials and sqft + inches needed
• Automatically included in your measurement report
• Accurately quote customers without leaving your home

Prerequisites*:  A Roofr measurement report.

Available On: Free*, Pro, Premium & Elite Plans

*$5 per roof report on Free plans, and available free of charge on Pro, Premium and Elite plans.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Ordering a Report

Log onto your Roofr dashboard and click the “Measurements” button on the left side navigation.

Ensure you’re under the Roofr Reports tab on the Measurements page.

Note: Material calculations are only available on ordered reports. If you are on a paid plan, please reach out to a member of our team to learn about including this page on DIY reports. 

Next, click on the “Order Report” button.

Step 2: Locate Your Roof

Then, enter the address of the roof you would like measured. You can also enter your customers’ contact details like their name, email, and phone number, but this step is optional.

Once completed, click “Submit”.

Next confirm the roof’s location by dragging the image on screen so that the target icon is on top of your desired roof location.

Note: If you need multiple buildings at one address like a multi-family complex - click here for help with this type of report.

Once everything looks good, click on the “confirm” button. 

Step 3: Add Secondary Structures

If you have any additional information you want to include like additional structures on the property (garage or shed) you can enter it here. If not, please select “None”.

Click “next” to move on.

Step 4: Confirm Payment Details

You’ll then be asked to confirm some final payment details. If you’re on a Free plan, you’ll have the option to include materials calculations ($5 per report).

Note: Material Calculations are free on Pro, Premium, and Elite plans.

Once you review and are ready to purchase, click the “confirm purchase” button.
