Step-by-step instructions
Accessing the Instant Estimator
- Navigate to the Instant Estimator tab located on the left-hand menu.
- Choose between creating a new Instant Estimator or selecting an existing one to edit.

Managing questions within the estimator
Viewing and understanding pre-populated questions
- Go to the Lead Questionnaire section and click Manage Questions.
- You'll see a list of pre-populated questions in your Instant Estimator.

Identify required and optional questions by looking at the icons:
- A lock icon indicates the question is required and cannot be removed.
- An X icon means the question is optional and can be removed if desired.
Adding new optional questions
- To add a new optional question, click the blue plus sign at the end of the question list.

Reordering questions
- Use the six-dot icon next to any question to drag and drop it into the desired order.

Handling locked questions
Some questions, such as address, slope, and the contact form, are locked in their position. These questions are essential for the Instant Estimator process and cannot be moved or removed.
Saving your changes
- Once you've finished making adjustments to your questions, click Save to apply your changes.
