ABC Supply × Roofr — Measurement Report Offer — Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

‍The ABC Supply × Roofr Measurement Report Offer ("Offer") is sponsored by Roofr, Inc., 2108 North Street #10777, Sacramento, CA 95816, USA ("Sponsor"), in collaboration with American Builders & Contractors Supply Co., Inc. ("ABC Supply," and together with Sponsor, "Promotion Parties").

2. Eligibility

‍Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of participation.

Participants must be professional roofing contractors or industry professionals who are active customers of ABC Supply. This Offer is available to ABC Supply customers only and is not available to ABC Supply associates, employees, or representatives.

Participants can be current Roofr and/or ABC Supply customers.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Promotion Parties, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet these criteria.

3. Offer Period

‍The Offer begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on June 1 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 1 ("Offer Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device. All qualifying activity must be completed by the close of the Offer Period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, modify, or end the Offer Period at its sole discretion.

4. How to Participate

‍During the Offer Period, eligible participants can claim the Offer as follows:

Register their details on the dedicated landing page hosted by Roofr.
Order their free Roofr measurement report(s) through myABCsupply.com.
Each eligible roofing company may receive up to three (3) free Roofr measurement reports.

Limits:

Three (3) free measurement reports per roofing company for the duration of the Offer Period.
Free measurement reports have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated by Sponsor.
Reports must be ordered within the Offer Period.

Automated, fraudulent, or duplicate participation, or participation submitted through third parties or similar methods, will be disqualified.

5. Offer Value

‍Free measurement reports are provided at no cost to the participant and carry no cash or monetary value.

6. Measure+ Free Trial

‍New / Non Roofr customers are eligible for a one (1) month free trial of Measure+, Roofr's add-on subscription product. To activate the free trial, eligible participants must select "Interested" in the checkout flow and then book and complete a meeting with the Roofr team to confirm details.

The Measure+ free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the standard monthly rate at the end of the one (1) month trial period. Participants who do not wish to be charged must cancel the Measure+ subscription before the end of the free trial period. It is the participant's responsibility to cancel prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged. Standard Measure+ subscription terms and pricing apply following the trial.

7. General Conditions

‍Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer if it becomes technically corrupted, compromised, or otherwise not capable of running as planned. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Offer.

8. Data Collection & Marketing Consent

‍By participating, participants agree to the collection and use of their information by the Promotion Parties for the purposes of administering the Offer and related marketing, in accordance with each party's privacy policy. Participants consent to receive marketing communications from the Promotion Parties and may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Disqualification

‍Sponsor may disqualify any participant who:

Tampers with or abuses the participation or redemption process
Violates these Official Terms & Conditions
Provides false or misleading information
Acts in a fraudulent, unsportsmanlike, or disruptive manner

10. Release & Limitation of Liability

‍By participating, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties, their affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any claims or damages arising from participation in the Offer, use of the free measurement reports, or enrollment in the Measure+ free trial.

11. Force Majeure

‍Promotion Parties shall not be liable if the Offer is disrupted or canceled due to acts of God, government action, natural disaster, pandemic, war, terrorism, or any other cause beyond their control.

12. Disputes

‍Disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The laws of Sponsor's jurisdiction apply in all cases.

13. Compliance with Laws

‍This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
