**SRS × Roofr — Love the Grind Weekly Giveaway**

Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

The Love the Grind Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Roofr Inc. (“Roofr”) in collaboration with SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”). Roofr and SRS may be referred to collectively as the “Sponsors.”

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who:

Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
Are professional roofing contractors
Have an active or newly registered Roofr account during the Promotion Period

The Promotion is not open to:

Employees, contractors, officers, or directors of Roofr or SRS Distribution
Anyone professionally affiliated with the administration of this Promotion

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from February 13, 2026 at 12:00 AM CT through March 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Promotion Period”).

The Promotion consists of five (5) weekly giveaway periods, with one (1) winner selected per week, for a total of five (5) winners.

4. How to Enter

Required Entry

To enter, participants must:

Complete the Love the Grind landing page registration form, and
Register for a Roofr account (if not already registered)

Limit one (1) required entry per person.

Bonus Entries (Optional; Stackable)

Eligible participants may earn additional entries during the Promotion Period by completing the following actions:

Order a Roofr Measurement Report: +1 entry per report
Place a Digital Material Order through the SRS × Roofr integration: +2 entries per order

There is no limit to the number of bonus entries earned, provided all actions are legitimate and verifiable.

5. Prizes

Each weekly winner will receive one (1) prize consisting of:

$500 USD SRS account credit, applied directly to the winner’s SRS account
Credit must be used to order materials through the SRS × Roofr integration

Total Prizes Awarded: Five (5)
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500 USD per prize

Prize details:

Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged
Credit may only be used with participating SRS branches and subject to SRS account standing and availability
Any unused credit may expire per SRS policy

6. Winner Limitations

Each participant may win a maximum of one (1) prize during the entire Promotion Period
Once selected as a winner, a participant remains eligible to enter future weeks but is ineligible to win again

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received during each weekly period.

Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days following the end of each weekly giveaway period. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, fails eligibility verification, or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsors will not be responsible for any tax obligations related to the prize.

9. General Conditions

By participating, entrants:

Agree to comply with these Official Terms & Conditions
Release and hold harmless Roofr, SRS, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use
Grant Sponsors permission to use winner name, company name, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law

Sponsors reserve the right to:

Disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, or manipulation
Modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if technical, legal, or operational issues arise

10. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion is subject to Roofr’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for Promotion administration, marketing communications (where consented), and prize fulfillment.

11. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
