New in Roofr: Repeating Calendar Events

Roofr now supports Repeating Calendar Events, letting owners and admins set any event- site visits, follow-ups, team check-ins- to recur on a daily, weekly, monthly, or custom schedule. Once it's configured, your team's calendar runs consistently without anyone having to rebuild the same events from scratch.

If you’re managing your team’s schedule and constantly recreating the same events like site visits, follow-ups, and job check-ins, it adds up fast.

For owners and admins, that’s not just time lost. It also creates more opportunities for things to slip through the cracks.

That’s why we’ve added Repeating Calendar Events so your schedule runs consistently without extra manual work.

What’s New

You can now set any calendar event to repeat automatically.

Whether it’s daily, weekly, monthly, or custom, your events can run on a schedule without needing to be recreated.

Why that matters:

As an owner or admin, you can keep your team’s schedule consistent without having to manage every event manually.

How it Works

There are two ways to use Repeating Events:

1. Set it when creating an event

When adding a new event, choose a repeat option like:

  • Daily
  • Weekly (for example, every Monday)
  • Monthly
  • Weekdays only
  • Or set a custom schedule

Once saved, that event will automatically repeat based on your selection. No extra setup needed.

2. Customize your schedule

Need more control over how your team operates?

Use the Custom option to define exactly how often an event repeats so your scheduling matches how your business actually runs.

Why it Matters

For owners and admins, this is about keeping operations tight without adding more work.

Save admin time

Set recurring events once instead of recreating them every time

Keep your team consistent

Make sure follow-ups, visits, and check-ins happen on schedule

Reduce oversight

Less manual scheduling means fewer things to track or remember

Run a more organized operation

Your calendar stays structured without constant updates

Who It’s For

This is especially useful for:

  • Owners who want visibility and consistency across their team’s schedule
  • Admins / office managers coordinating appointments and keeping operations on track
  • Sales reps managing recurring follow-ups, estimates, and customer touchpoints

Use Cases

  • Scheduling weekly site visits across active jobs
  • Setting recurring follow-ups for sales teams
  • Managing daily or weekly team check-ins
  • Keeping post-job customer touchpoints consistent
