That's why we built Spanish Work Orders: automatic AI translation, built directly into the work order flow.
What's new
Every work order can now be sent in Spanish.
Assign a Spanish-speaking crew and Roofr translates the whole thing automatically. Instructions, line items, labor notes, quantities. No copy-paste, no Google Translate, no bilingual middleman.
The crew gets one document: Spanish first, English right below it. Same file, both languages, so nothing gets lost between versions.
How it works
There are two ways to use it:
1. Set a default at the crew level
When you create or edit a crew, toggle on "Translate work order to Spanish by default." That's it. Every work order you assign to that crew from now on goes out in Spanish automatically, and you don't have to think about it again.
2. Toggle it per send
At the send step, email or text, there's a Translate to Spanish toggle. It's on by default for Spanish-speaking crews and off for everyone else. Need to override it for one job? Flip the switch. You stay in control without changing any crew settings.
You can also hit Preview before sending to see exactly what your crew will see.

One note on translation
Translation is AI-generated, so you may see the occasional rough phrasing. We're actively collecting feedback from contractors and crews to sharpen it over time. If something reads off, tell us. That's how it gets better.
Note: Measurement reports attached to a work order stay in English for now.
