Roofr CRM
- CompanyCam folder in job Attachments: Preview, download, or open CompanyCam photos and documents from the Attachments tab on linked jobs. Learn more
- Browser tabs show what's open: Browser tabs now show the open job, work order, crew, or page name instead of "Dashboard."
Proposals
- Email and text automations for change orders: Set up an automation that sends an email or text when a change order reaches a status you choose, like approved.
- Sort proposals by History: Sort the Proposals list by the History column, and Roofr remembers your sort in each browser.
Material Ordering
- Change the supplier on a Material Order: Unlock the supplier on a Material Order and pick a different one, with a warning and an audit trail.
- Save items to your catalog from any step: Add a new line item at any step (proposal, material order, or invoice) and save it to your catalog without leaving the page.
Payments
- Send invoices by text: Send an invoice by text from the invoice view, with a trackable link that shows when it's opened. Requires the SMS & Texting add-on. Rolling out now. All customers with the add-on will have it in the coming weeks. Learn more
