During our closed beta, dozens of roofing businesses tested SMS to communicate with homeowners faster, follow up on quotes, and reduce no-shows. Thanks to the feedback, we’ve refined the experience to make SMS a seamless part of your sales flow and homeowner experience.
What’s changing?
Until now, SMS has been in closed beta and free to use. Starting July 1st, SMS will become a paid add-on for all users.
Here’s what that means for you:
- SMS texting will now cost $49/month
- Beta participants will receive 1 month free as a thank-you
- After the free month, SMS will be automatically added to your subscription
- If you do not wish to continue with SMS, you can opt out before billing begins on July 1st, 2025
Why we’re introducing a fee
Like most software companies that offer SMS texting, we rely on third-party providers to send and deliver messages. These services come with a cost, especially as message volume grows.
We’ve kept the pricing simple at $49/month, as we’re committed to ensuring the tools that help roofing businesses grow are accessible.
