Salus Exteriors may be less than a year old, but founder Juan Rodriguez is taking the Texas Roofing market by storm.
Juan’s goal is to provide homeowners with any type of exterior projects they may need, from siding and windows to fence repairs and eaves. This approach is done thoughtfully, with the Texas roofing market in mind; With tens of thousands of roofers in the Texas industry, you need to make yourself competitive. Salus Exteriors had found their way to stand out from the crowd and be different from other roofers in the area.
To help grow his business, Juan leans on a number of creative marketing tools. He advertises on home repair apps, builds partnerships with local realtors, and gets involved in the local community.
Juan’s approach to building his business is a great reminder that roofing is similar at its core, but different in each specific location. While it’s great to keep an eye on what others are doing, only you know what’s best for your target customer. Juan is moving strategically, building a company with homeowners in mind, and employing tools that make his job easier.
