The way Roofr Reports are managed in Roofr has changed. Now, Roofr Reports and DIY Reports can be managed more simply in one dashboard. We’ll walk you through what this new experience looks like in your familiar measurements page.

Here’s what we’ll cover in this article:

• Roofr Measurement Reports and DIY Measurement Reports can be found on one page
• You’ll be able to add additional reports to multi-building jobs
• On the Job Card, you’ll be able to see a high-level summary of the job specifics.

Navigating the new reports page

In this section, we will review how to utilize your new Measurement Reports page, and get you ordering and drawing measurements in no time.

• Start by navigateing to the Measurements tab on the left-hand menu.
• The report dashboard is a list view showing the address, report type, status, and creation date. Reports are in order of recency, or you can use the search bar to find past reports.

How to access your reports:

• Click on an address to access all reports associated with that specific job.

How to add new reports

• For jobs involving multiple buildings, select the job and click Order Report to include new measurements.

How to view report summaries

• Select a job, and you’ll be brought to the job card to review details such as total square footage, pitch, and the number of available reports.

How to convert a measurement report into a proposal

• Use the Convert to Proposal option to transform your measurement reports into detailed estimates in seconds.

A: Not yet! Reports are grouped by job and share the job address as their label.

Q: Can I create a proposal from a multi-building summary?

A: Not currently. You can copy measurements from the summary into your proposal line items, and our system will do the calculating from there.

Q: How do I access older versions of a report?

A: Open the report and use the drop-down menu at the top to view past versions.

Q: What if I need to add a missed building to a multi-building job?

A: Simply go to the job, order another report (or create a DIY), and it will automatically be added to the multi-building summary.
