Pete: All right. Welcome back everybody to the Roofr Masterclass. I am your host, Pete McKendrick, with my co-host Nic. We are back together here.

Nic: It's been so long that we haven't done it together that I have a mustache and you have a beard.

Pete: What is it? No Shave November. End up- Yeah ... looking like, the Duck Dynasty guys.

Nic: Oh, that'd be wonderful.

Pete: For Roofcon.

Excited to get into this topic. Obviously, I love the production side of things, so, looking forward to getting into some of the production details that the team's been working on.

Production, I always joke about it being like the red-headed stepchild of the process here.

Right? Over the years there's been a huge emphasis on sales, right? And selling and, how many sales conferences do we have running throughout the roofing industry. And, you don't really hear a whole lot about production.

I did one last year, I believe, on the, how the lack of focus on production is hurting your business, right? To not have that dialed process around production. Customer experience around production and is production producing what has been sold and those types of things. And so, our team I know has been working really hard this year specifically on the production ends of things to try to refine the tools a bit a- and allow you to better manage production inside of Roofr.

Nic: Yeah. It's you're right, it's the forgotten one. It's just never really kind of fit. Like, everybody has some version of it, but having a CRM that really drives that is hard to find. Ultimately what I hear from when I'm talking to customers, when I look at, like, my dad's company and stuff like that, is, like, it's very easy to fall back into just your old ways, and now it's your calendar whiteboard in the background.

Pete: Yeah.

Nic: It's your spreadsheets. It's sticky notes. You never know, right? So that all adds up. But the way that the world's going, the way that the, the jobs are progressing, people are moving more into repairs more often.

And without something in the back end for production, it's gonna fall flat. And the beauty about Roofr is that we have people like Pete and me who are super obsessed with production.

And we're driving that stuff forward, so you see new features come out all the time. Crews. We have work orders in Spanish. We have bulk rescheduling. Like, all these things that are integral for you to run your business effectively from the production side, it's there.

Pete: Yeah. And it's interesting, you know, I filmed two podcasts, they're actually upcoming Roofr of the Months just in this past week, and both of them talked specifically about how important, their crews have been to their business and how both of them have had long-term subcontracted crews.

Like, I think the one guy said he's had crew, the same subcontractors for the last 15 years. They're essentially part of the team, right? Like, if they've been with you that long. But a lot of that is how it's managed and how he communicates with them and how he takes care of them.

Everyone needs labor, right? Everyone needs qualified labor. Finding people that they can trust to do all those specific things.

A lot of it has to do with how good your process is, right? And how well you can support them, whether or not they're gonna stay with you long term or not.

Nic: When you get that person, you wanna hold on tight.

A big part of it, I know I'm helping out my dad right now, it's just he's got his in-house guys that've been with him. One of them has been there for 27 years, right? And other guys for 10 plus years, and those are i- in-house. But he's busy enough that he needs more. Like it's just not enough people.

Yeah. So he's looking at sub crews, and so I've been working with him on the contracts, which is important, which we can get into the PDF signer in our system and how we can utilize that, put it into the document section of the crews and all that stuff there, which is important. But making sure that you're crossing your T's and dotting your I's and making sure all your things that you have in there are important, and that they're going to make sure that your quality is upheld because that is your first barrier.

You can't just get a crew for the sake of getting a crew. Quick story. Back when we were on Marketplace, we worked, with contractors and did roofs. We had in our contract that they were not allowed to sub out jobs to people they haven't worked with before because it just, that's how you lose control.

One guy did and hired some crazy people. They were doing two jobs. I had to go out to one with my dad, and They were showing up, like, super late, like, at 1:00. So I would go out there in the morning. It was a 12/12 pitch.

I would set up the ladder, put on the ice and water, and do the bottom three feet around the entire perimeter so that they could easily put up the jacks and planks, get up on the roof, and start going. So that was one thing where I'm just like, "It's a disaster." I went up there aft- as they were doing it and looked at the work, and it was just garbage.

And I was like, "Guys, get off. I'll f- I'll do it myself. Like, we'll get this done." And then at the same time, the guy subbed another crew out to another job, and the guy called me and he says like, "Hey, it looks a little weird up there." I was like, "Can you send a picture?" I'm like, "What's that at the top on the ridge?" They didn't finish. They didn't put capping on. So then the roof was open, and a storm was coming in, so I just got in my car, drove to the job, got up on the roof, and just covered it up with synthetic underlayment for the time being, and then called the guy.

But that's the problem that you run into. You have to find that right crew, and once you do, you wanna hold on tight. And the best way to make sure you hold on tight is obviously feeding them, but making their life easy. Work orders, scheduling, make sure there's no scheduling conflicts.

Pete: Yeah.

Nic: Making sure that you have their COI and insurance documents, and if it's running out, be that person, be like, "Hey, buddy, this, COI is expiring next week.

Just a heads-up." They'll go, "Oh, yeah, yeah, I'll get the new one. That's fine." Being a part of your crew as much as you can, even as a subcontractor, is so important.

Pete: Yeah. Yeah.

Nic: Don't hire weird crews.

Pete: So let's get into it. I guess the best place to start probably would be, like, how do we add a crew and how do we start managing crews, in Roofr?

Nic: Yeah. So I got the calendar up here right now. If you go into work orders down here, we have this little crew button. You could also add a crew up here, but this is all your crews that are built in here. What's nice about this is if you wanna add a crew, it's super simple.

Once it's up here, I could put in the crew's name, and it's Pete's Tile Crew. And then we can select the trade. So if they're in roofing, if they do gutters and they do, a little bit of solar, all that stuff's there. And we can add in some information. So Pete's Tile Crew is cool.

Whatever you wanna put in there to make sure that it's all dialed in and you have the information on the crew so that if anybody in your company is there or if you are leaving, you can make sure that everything else is set up. So that's right there. You can add that in.

The nice little button here, the request crew approval, you can have them sign off on your, work orders ahead of time, and we'll get to the work orders and how that works out, but making sure that they have the ability to a- approve or decline a job that you send them, which allows you to take out any maybes.

Like, you don't want a situation- Yeah ... where you send a job and the guy's like, "F that. I'm not doing that." But you don't know. And then all of a sudden the crew date, the- the date is up and they're not showing up, and now you're scrambling. So this is a really cool feature that we've added in. And what's cool is that you can add in the crew member to, lead.

So I think I have a Pete in here Sure. Let's just do this Pete. And that's now the crew lead, so everything is going to be built in there, and we'll have some team member stuff coming soon. So a little bit of a teaser so they can have access to the platform and only teams view, so that they can only see the work order stuff.

And then one of the coolest things that we did, one thing that I know was gonna be a hit, but I didn't realize how big of a hit it actually was going to be, was we have the ability to translate these work orders for these crews by default into Spanish. Yeah. So if you have a Spanish workforce, fantastic.

Sending them work orders in English might not be the best course of action. Like, you might wanna have it in Spanish. So we have the ability through AI to automatically translate all work orders into Spanish. And I think what we have now, what was it, like 25% of- Yeah ... all of our work orders right now are going out in Spanish.

Pete: Yeah. Like a quarter of the work orders being created in our system are being translated to Spanish, which is very cool to see. It's being utilized a lot more than we thought. And a lot of people, the fact that people kind of found it on their own, like, we didn't really push super hard from a marketing standpoint to say like, "Hey, we've got work orders in Spanish."

We just more or less like dropped it in there. Having the ability to kind of default check it here, I really like, you know, to where it just automatically will do it.

Nic: So you don't forget. It's set it and forget it.

Pete: Yeah, it's really cool. And so, yeah, that's been a big hit. Definitely one of the cooler things the team has added for sure.

Nic: And once you set this you have it built in here now. So everything is built in where you need it to be, and if you have anything that you need to add in like your COIs or whatever the case is, I'll just pretend it's all these stuff here great.

We'll just add those in, and we have everything kind of built out. We can then add an expiry date and have that remind us if that's the case. Let's just do one in the past. You can see that an attachment is expired. Anything that you need in there is good to go. So it's all set up and makes it super easy to build in there.

And if you want to upload anything else, you can just upload that in, and now that is built in there. So Pete's Tile Crew has their COIs and everything in here. For all my crews, I can manage them, I can see who the crew lead is, what they're doing, how they work with us, and have it all set up and ready to rock and roll.

Pete: Yeah, I love the documentation piece because obviously we want to have all that information readily available, easy to find, and not have it scattered all over the place, like now you've got it all in one place. You know, you've got their licenses, you've got their COI, all that stuff. The expiration date piece is my favorite part, right? Because every year you want to make sure that stuff's up to date, 'cause you don't want to get burned by having an out-of-date copy of that stuff.

So being able to set that date and have it remind you so you can make sure you get in touch with them and get you know, an updated version of it huge, right? Especially if you have a bunch of subcontractors.

But if you do have a pretty substantial list, you know, obviously then it's very easy to overlook something from a paperwork standpoint. So, a really cool feature to be able to add that, expiration date. One

Nic: little nice touch too is like, yes, we can have all the documentation stuff in there like we mentioned, but the other thing is like you can go to request a document and just with one click it will have that built in here and be like, "I need a new COI-

Pete: Love it.

Nic: It is out of date," and email that directly to them right off the bat. So one click button, you're ready to rock and roll with that and you're off to the races with it.

Pete: Our team has done a really good job making it much, much easier to to manage who your contractors are, and then that feeds into work orders, right?

Like work orders obviously being the big piece of this . Once we create these crews, being able to get them the information that they need.

Nic: Yeah, big time there. And what's nice about that is once you go into like a work order situation, I'll go... You can build it from there. But if I go into a job that is signed, let's just use this one for example, I can go into that job card, into the work order and just click on it, create that there. You can create it directly from a proposal, so all your values are gonna port over similar to our proposals, our invoicing, our everything else that's built in, and everything's ready to rock and roll.

What's really cool is I can have the option to show the customer or not show the customer, which- Yeah, like that ... some people want a little bit more private.

Pete: Protective.

Nic: Yeah, some word like that, of their customers. So you can have that in there. So you can select which one. You can select the crew, so I can use Pete's crew that I just opened up there, which is nice.

I can select the start date, so we have it on the, let's just say it's on the 19th, and the end date, it's a two-day job, is the 21st. And I can even create the event right off the bat from this work order, making it nice and easy. Now, instructions, you can really get into the nitty-gritty. Like Pete, there's so many different ways that you can go about it, but a lot of the times it's pretty standard, right?

It's gonna be more or less the same.

Pete: Yeah.

Nic: So you can create a template or multiple templates for this, right? And add in what you wanna have in there, or have one for retail, one for insurance, one for r- residential, one for commercial, whatever the case is, and everything's built out. Now- We get to this part, which is now we have all the information that they need in here.

But if I wanna add the in- materials in, I can do that and just hide the cost with just a click of the button. Super easy just to click in onto that, and everything is gonna be there for the quantities and the units that they need in there, and keep their labor costs directly in it. So if it's a labor cost, it will show up automatically.

Materials is just one click of the button if you need it. It's all there, and showing them the exact cost there. And I saw a question in there from Talon as well. Yeah, you could add in photos from, directly from your device, your job card, company cam, whatever the case is. So if you need to add in anything, like any of the damages, the picture of the house, whatever the case may be, you wanna make sure that's in there.

You can do that with one click of the button, and now these are all in. And not only that are they in here, but they're also in your job attachments for that job as well. So it's all been pulled across. You could have it all in here ready to go. If you wanna add in the measurement report for that job, just one click and you're ready to go there as well.

And now we could either, send it via text or email out to that crew, or we can preview what it looks like. And you have this very clean, easy-to-read work order ready to go with the photos that you need, the documentation, everything else that's built out there to make it nice and easy.

Pete: And translated.

Nic: And translated. Oh yeah, that's right. You are a- ... Spanish-speaking contractor.

Pete: Yes.

Nic: So here is the Spanish conversion on this all of it. So everything is set up, built in Spanish, ready to rock and roll, and everything is good to go.

Pete: Yeah, and one of the things that I love about this, like where you toggle the ability to show the, the materials is a lot of times, especially if my crews are internal guys, right?

My internal crews, I may have a crew lead whose job it is to make sure we got everything when we get to the job site, right? So now he's got... He doesn't have to necessarily go to a material order or something like that, like he has that list right here. Along with the scope, he's got the list of materials.

He can double-check it versus what got delivered. We can make sure everything's accounted for before we start working. Subcontractors, I don't know, maybe you have a project manager who does that instead of your subs doing that. But, hey, if you've had subs for a long time, you may have your subs doing that check too.

So having that, the ability to toggle that on, I think is a really nice touch. There's a couple questions here, Nic, I think about files, being able to attach files.

Nic: Yeah. So we could add that all in here, build this stuff in, have it all, photos, documentation, all that stuff can be built in here.

Pete: Yeah. And then Talon's got an interesting question here about start date, about having to put a start date

Nic: Yeah, it's like a, a prospective start date, right?

At the end of the day. Like we- Yeah ... gotta have it so we can put something on the calendar. You can send it without that start date, but the theory that we have is like most of the time when you're sending out a work order, it's 'cause the job is ready to be put onto the schedule. So in the interest of production, we typically have that in.

Again, you don't have to have that in there. You can just, have like an end date or something else in there as well.

Yes, they can. Nice and easy right on that mobile app. I'll bring it up on my phone. Yeah.

Pete: Yeah, the beauty of our mobile version of this platform is that it's fully capable, right? And that's one of the things that I love about the way we've built our mobile capabilities is that it's essentially just a mobilized version of all of the platform, right?

A lot of times the mobile app from some of our competitors is fairly limited in its functionality, this one is not. In a former life I worked with another CRM, and you couldn't do any kind of like backend setting type of stuff. You couldn't add subcontractors, which is, is a perfect example, right?

I couldn't add crews from the field. I would've had to come back to my desktop to do that. Our mobile version is set up, you have full functionality. So you can do all the stuff that Nic's showing you here, you could do it mobily, just as easily.

Nic: So everything is built in where you get into the work orders, you have the ability to add in new crew,

you can switch it over to crews, create a new crew, add in the information, go back to the work orders, add files, anything that you need, and it's all set up and ready to go.

Pete: You know, like you mentioned new construction. When you're on a new construction site, a lot of times there's contractors all over the place, right? So you may run into a crew that you know there's another job that you might be able to use them on. Here you could literally open your phone and just add them as a crew, and now you've got their information in there.

Nic: Yeah, and having everything kind of built in, you have the, dynamic fields, templates for the emails as well already built in. Setting up everything that you need to do and send that out via email or text is super important.

Everything is built out here now.

So you can see now I have that in there. It's sent. It can be accepted by the crew. You can download it, delete it. You can see exactly what's going on. And then from the perspective of the calendar, this has already created the crew and added the, Pete inside that, that event as well. So you can see everything is being built in.

I can open it up in the calendar, see all my appointments that are there, and that crew is now in there for this job. There it is. It's a two-day event, easy to move it around. And if I wanted to move it, I could shimmy it any which way and make sure it's there, Do you want to touch on it now or later for the reschedule?

Pete: Yeah. We might as well get into it. We're on the calendar. Let's talk about it. If you've ever been the person in your company who manages the production calendar, you know it can be a challenge. I know our friend Corey in Florida actually hired a person at one point who did nothing but manage their production calendar because it rains in Florida every day, and you constantly have to jockey things around.

So it can be a, a headache, right, to manage the calendar efficiently. Yeah. One of the things that we really pushed for early on once we added a calendar was the ability to bulk reschedule and to be able to move the jobs around. And so some of our, you know, some of the things we've seen usually it's tied to the crew.

Move everything that's related to this crew or, you know, everything that's related to this salesperson or whatever the case may be, right? Everything related to this trade. Our team just went above and beyond, I think, with this bulk rescheduling to allow you to really cherry-pick what you want to do and what you want to move and how you want to move it.

And so, like, I think they just, they just nailed this. I think personally, we've probably got the best bulk rescheduling in the industry, to be honest. Like, I, I haven't seen anybody do it any better than this, and so hats off to our team for what they did.

Nic: And it makes a big difference. You can have all your crews open here, so you can see everybody that's in here and have them all turned on.

Again, hopefully you don't have 43 different crews to work with, but if you do, you can have them all and easily track them. Now you have the button up here for rescheduling events. So if I just click on that, it's gonna show me all my events this week, and I'll just go over to next week so I can see everything that's being built out, where we need this, where things are falling.

And if I need to reschedule stuff, I can just quickly click on the ones that I need to reschedule Right? And I could see which crews they're assigned to, as you can see here, where things lie, and then if I need to reschedule things to a certain day, I can move everything. Say it rained and you need to move everything by one day, just click that there.

You can see that there's no conflicts that are here. You can see how many events are moving with it as well. If the conflict was there, it would show up, and then you can build that out. Now, if I move it for one day, you can see that there is an issue here. There's going to be a conflict here. There is a breakdown, and if I mark it here, it'll highlight that there is conflicts. So you could either go back, move one back by one day.

But you'll see exactly what's happening, where it is, and if you click on it, you'll see the, the summary that's built in, why there's a conflict and where. And this is what Pete's talking about. When you have Corey with somebody, if it rains, you gotta move not just that job to tomorrow, but that job that is tomorrow to the next day and so on and so forth.

But then it gets complicated, 'cause if you have multiple crews out there, you gotta make sure that their crew calendar doesn't line up with each other. So having it break, broken down by crew, by day, by event, and letting you know where the conflict is around allows you to go back and edit these things and maybe say, "Okay, maybe I'm gonna move these three days and see if there's any conflicts here.

If I add this in We can see here now that everything is open. If I go back in here and finalize these changes, it will let me know why the reason is. So we can send messages, we can track that and understand exactly where that is. So let's just say it's weather here, and then boom, everything else has been moved automatically.

Yeah. The hard part is, it's hard to understand where these crews are at any given time, what we're doing, and this is going to allow you to be there and have reasons and track the reasons and be able to really see in the logs as well, right?

So if I were to go into this job and go into here, I'll be able to see where this is. I can see in the notes here that the event was updated directly here.

Pete: And one of the things to note is that anybody that's on that event is gonna also get a notification.

Like if your homeowner is attached to that scheduled event, they're gonna get a notification that tells them, you know, "Hey, it's been moved to another day." So the idea here is for you guys to be able to be proactive about moving some of this stuff and not be in a situation where, you know, we have customers calling us saying, "Hey, what hap- I know it's raining," or, "It's gonna rain tomorrow.

Like, what's going on? Are you guys coming? Are you not coming?" Right? So you guys can make those adjustments real quick on this calendar. You can make a lot of adjustments at once. I know some of you guys schedule like way out, you know?

Mm-hmm. And so, you know, if you're a month out and you're having to jockey a month's worth of jobs, it can be super frustrating, especially if it rains again two days later and you gotta do it all over again. We wanted to try to avoid that as best we could and make it as easy for you to, shift stuff around as possible.

One of the things I want to note here too is that you do have the ability down at the bottom of our filtering there to toggle how these things show.

You'll see it's all lit up here, kind of like by the trade. You can also light it up by the crew too. It will actually like color code this in a different way so you can see it a little differently, all depending on how you want to look at the calendar.

So you got a lot of flexibility here. We have a Google Calendar integration, so you could have your Google Calendar stuff on here as well. So if you guys are communicating via Google Calendar with your crews, you have the ability to do that as well.

Nic: Yeah, it allows you for a lot more kind of ease in here.

Like I have the event types here. If I just add in there, you can see all my Google Calendar stuff that's built in- Yeah ... as well. So super easy to make sure that you're having everything run from one side. And like Pete said, if you move this over to here and update the event, you could have automations that trigger directly based on a changed event time.

Pete: Yeah.

Nic: So making sure that that customer is aware, like, "Hey, just wanna let you know we updated this due to X, Y, Z reason. This is what we're doing." And instead of you having to go out there and message them or just change it without telling them so that you get an angry phone call later.

The really clean communication is going to help out with those referral rates, really treating your crews well and having it scheduled properly so everything gets hit without missing. That's how you're gonna get that good production.

You're gonna get that good reviews. All that stuff is gonna go a long way, and then ultimately you're going to grow as a company, and this is a good way of doing it. Is just keeping it organized under one roof, no pun intended, and allow you to be a lot more streamlined with what you have.

Pete: Yeah. And one of the things that I really like is, like, you know, we haven't really touched on it here, but you see Nic going from proposal to work order to calendar event, to all of these things and never having to type anything, right?

I was actually doing a presentation about production at, an RCAT event one time.

And I had a guy actually physically stand up in the middle of my presentation and say like, "Hey, can I take a minute to tell a story?" And he, he literally told a story about how he thought work orders were stupid, and how he didn't want to use them. And then he had a crew one time go to a house, start to reroof the house Only to find out that the person who had texted his subcontractor had transposed two of the numbers and they were reroofing the house that was 20 houses away from the house they were supposed to be reroofing, down on the same street, just down the road, because they had screwed up the number when they typed it in to text it.

And he said, and like that, for him, that, for his company, that was the last straw where they were like, "Hey, we're gonna use work orders from now on because we're taking the manual aspect out of it as much as possible because we just risk too many mistakes," right? There's too many opportunities for human error here.

And like you see, like all this stuff that we've been doing, Nic hasn't typed the address in a single time, right? Like, he hasn't had to type in anything other than maybe the instructions in the work order. Like, everything's just pulling from the same information.

Everyone has done it, right? Everyone has probably been involved in roofing the wrong house.

Nic: I did it once to a national news reporter's house. I got no news media coverage off that.

Pete: That's a huge point of like what we're showing you guys here today, is it streamlines this so much, but it takes a lot of the potential for human error out of the mix. It kind of foolproofs the process. It's all perfectly synchronized together.

Nic: And that helps out so much is just running from the job card. You can do updating events and stuff like that and change it up, but works very similar to anything else that you're doing.

But to Pete's point, if you're running from the job card and you have everything here, you have the customer name, you have your tasks, you have calendar appointments, you can build them in directly here. And again, you don't have to worry about anything else that you're doing 'cause everything is going to be set up and pre-populated.

Look, the job's already in there making it easy. And say this is just, you know, sales appointment for gutters, save and return to job. It's there, it's firing off communication on the side, so emails and stuff have been set up and is ready to go out. But as you're going along, those material orders, those work orders and everything else that you need are going to be set up.

If you're looking for documentation so you can track everything. We have the PDF signer here that you can have a document template that's built in here, whether it is a checklist that you have in here or a, a contract here for a sub crew.

You can have that all set up and put in the dynamic fields, fillable fields that you need and tag it to a job or download it and put it into the crew's, document section, whatever you need in there. And that's going to be set up for you and allow you to be a lot more agile with everything that needs to be done.

So those document builders, that PDF signer, think of it as like DocuSign on steroids because it's going to sync in with your CRM without an extra integration. It's going to have the fillable fields, the check boxes, the dynamic fields, the signatures, all that stuff in there that you need, but it's going to sit in the job or in your CRM.

Upload that template directly in there. We can fill up the information that you need and then rinse and repeat. Use it on every job. Use it for every crew. Whatever you need in there, we're able to give you that as a standalone or inside that job card.

So use it. I'm having my parents use it right now for their sub crew contracts. I have their contract. I g- built a contract in there that has all the information in, have that in there. They check, they sign, they date, boom, it's in there and they add it into the crews the sub crews category. So the documentation's there with their COI, their workman's comp, all that stuff that you need.

Pete: Yeah. And I love, you know, I think there was a mention here of using it for like, more or less like a QC checklist, right? Like, well, I love checklists. That's a great use of it, right? Like you showed a checklist there in the PDF signer, being able to create that, send that off and have your subcontractors or your crews out in the field be able to follow a checklist and make sure that things are getting done exactly how you want them to get done and that everything is taken care of.

Huge, huge benefit. Definitely a good use case of the PDF signer for sure.

Nic: Yeah. And then turning that into afterwards material orders, work orders, all that stuff that you need in here makes it super simple and easy to do.

You could pivot between your suppliers that you have in there, send it out via email or text message, all the stuff that you need in there, and make sure everything is ready to rock and roll. So you can see everything that you need and again, this is all just gonna go into your job costing anyways and fill out.

So everything that you need is going to be delivered for you all in one spot. So I'm just gonna send this to Pete, and there you go. So that kind of stuff makes a big difference and again, having it all under one roof is going to streamline you. You're just gonna wanna make sure that everything is set up.

Pete: Good question here.

Is there a way to use that for safety paperwork? The beauty of the PDF signer is that you can literally use it for any kind of document that you want really. Yeah. Like, you know what I mean? Like, you can, that's the whole reason we created it. We were a- getting asked a lot to be able to manipulate the proposal tool to be able to create documents that weren't proposals, right?

And so the team created the PDF signer to accommodate essentially any document you can think of when it comes to a roofing job, and being able to recreate it in here. And so, like Nic showed, the beauty of it is now you can upload that.

If you have a copy of it, you upload it, then you can create all these dynamic fields in it, whether it's check boxes, signatures you know, whatever you need it to fill. There's a bunch of information. I think there's even some insurance info in there now to where you can add some of the insurance information in as dynamic fields.

So to answer your question, Tricia, in a very long-winded way, yes, you can do that.

Nic: So like, for example, if we're adding this in here, you can fill out the contractor fields right off the bat, text it or sign it, and then your initials.

And then we can set the date, right? So everything is there on that side. But if I want to go from the other side of things now too, I can go in and start doing the check boxes, where I need them to do, what I need to do, everything that's built out and ready to rock and roll.

All the job details are available with one click, and what's nice is if I go in here and add in any insurance information, like this is State Farm, the policy number is that, the claim number is this, date of loss boom, boom. Type of damage, wind. Claim amount, 10,000, and deductible is 1,000. We wish, right?

But we can go in, and when I go to build out something here and add this in. I can then pull the dynamic fields, and now insurance opens up, so I have all my insurance dynamic fields as well.

So whether it's a checklist, a safety list, whatever the case is, you can do that and add it to the job. And say you have a production manager that's on site, before he starts the job, one of his tasks are complete the safety check, fill out the document, add it to the job file, then it's there and tracked every single time.

Pete: Yeah.

I love it. I mean, I think the team has done such a really good job of kind of bringing it all together to help you manage production, right? Like, you just have all the tools you need to kind of keep everything organized here and be able to tackle it.

Do we have any other questions?

I think that we've mostly covered them along the way.

Nic: Sweet Back in action. Pete's got the beard, I got the mustache- ... but we still got the questions being answered, so that was sweet.

Pete: Still got it. We're on it.
