Joseph has lived his life and grew Master Craft Roofing with these core principles in mind. Starting in the construction industry at 12, Joe tried a lot of different roles on, working in car sales, general contracting, and eventually roofing. Wherever he was, Joe established himself as a hard-working and trustworthy employee, rising through the ranks in his different positions because he focused on his customer relations, commitment to quality, and personal integrity.
After experiencing firsthand the impact that dishonesty and poor quality work can have on a business, Joseph decided to take control of his future and build his own roofing business.
Master Craft Roofing was born.
Joseph's understanding of the industry and commitment to his values allowed him to create a successful business, achieving a remarkable $7.5 million just in its second year.
