Why is this change happening?
Due to increased industry-wide credit risk, our payment provider is discontinuing the courtesy 2-day pre-funding window for ACH transactions. Now all ACH transactions will follow the standard 5 business day payment processing timeline.
Can I request to be moved back onto the old funding timeline?
Not at the moment. We are working with our payments provider to understand how we can provide Roofr users with strong credit histories to move back to expedited funding. We do not currently have a timeline on when that could be available.
Are credit card transactions impacted by this change?
Credit card transactions will still follow the existing two day funding schedule so you can continue to process and be funded in a timely manner with Roofr payments using credit cards.
Where can I find out more about when I will be funded?
You can track the individual funding status of each transaction by viewing them on your Roofr payments dashboard or by viewing your batches and funding report.
