Here’s how it works:

You will need a CompanyCam account in order to use this feature. If you don’t have an account yet, please sign up for free here.

On the CompanyCam app:

Step 1: Log into CompanyCam and click “Projects” and then “New Project”.

Step 2: Search for the home/roof address you are looking to quote. Once selected, click "Create Project".

Step 3: Once you’re on the job-site, click “Add Photos” and begin taking photos of the roof and/or property required for the job. Once you’ve taken all the photos you’d like, click “Done”.

On the Roofr platform:

Step 1: Log onto the Roofr Platform and select “Jobs” in the left side navigation.

Note: If you don’t need the final Roofr Proposal to be available in your CompanyCam Project, click “Proposals” instead of “Jobs” and skip to step 5.

Step 2: Click the “Create New Job” button.

Step 3: Type in the address of the job you’d like to create a Proposal on, and then click “Create from CompanyCam”.

Step 4: Select the CompanyCam Project associated with this address, and click “Continue”.

Note: If you don’t see the Project you’d like to use show up, confirm its address/Project name in CompanyCam and search again.

Step 5: Click “Create Proposal”, select the template you’d like to use for this Proposal and click “Continue”. If you’d like to create from scratch, click “Create without Template”.

Step 6: Create your Proposal as you normally would by confirming the materials, labor, and margin.

Step 7: Next, click the “+” button to create a new section of the Proposal.

Step 8: Select “Photos” (top option) in the module.

Step 9: Click “Import from CompanyCam” and search for the CompanyCam Project name and/or address.

Step 10: Once it appears, select the Project you’d like to import photos from.

Note: You have the option to choose between “Original” and “Annotated” images. Annotated images are the ones you’ve edited to add arrows, circles, text, etc.

Step 11: Select the images you’d like to upload to the Roofr Proposal, and add any more annotations (arrow, circle, etc) to the image (optional).

Step 12: Once completed, click “Preview and Send” in the top right corner.

Step 13: Enter in the customer’s information (if it isn’t already included), and click “Save”.

Step 14: Review the Proposal, and once ready to send click “Send to Customer”.

Step 15: Add a note to be included in the email, and once ready click “Send Proposal”.

Step 16: You’re done! Congrats.
