Jason’s story is one of entrepreneurship, taking chances, and embracing change. And, if you’re Jason, you’re doing it all with an unrelenting sense of optimism and hope.
When he founded Bradford Xteriors in 2005, Jason had a desire to make a mark in the roofing industry. His goal was not to simply start a roofing business but to build a legacy that would support his family, his team, and his children. He had a vision, and he was eager to work it into reality.
Since 2005, he has navigated the high attrition rates and maneuvered how private equity has changed the dynamic of the roofing industry. Through all the ups and downs, his willingness to adapt and follow his heart helped him grow and thrive among these changes.
Today, Jason isn’t just running Bradford Xteriors, but also launching Bradford Roofing Supply to help fill another gap he noticed in the industry. He is actively continuing his goal of shaping a legacy that leaves the roofing business better than when he entered it.
Jason’s story serves as a reminder that success in the roofing business, and in entrepreneurship at large, is as much about defining one's measures of success as it is about achieving them.
